• Each design is unique; photos are only meant to provide an idea of sizing and design style (no copy/paste designs here!). If you have any specific requests, please contact us before placing your order.

• These are fragile dried florals- display in an area without high traffic and out of direct sunlight to preserve the condition and natural colors of the florals.

• All items are custom and made to order. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Delivery Timing: Please allow approximately 14 business days for your order to be designed. Deliveries are scheduled by location and we will share your delivery date once your order has been confirmed. Delivery Fees:

1. Huntington Village & Huntington Station: complimentary

2. Mid-Long Island: $10; everywhere other than Huntington and the East and West ends of the island; Hamptons deliveries only available July & August

3. East & West Ends & Long Beach areas: $20; includes all towns east of Middle Island and west of Elmont; also includes Long Beach , Island Park, and Rockaway)

4. Brooklyn & Queens: $30; delivery available every two weeks
