About Girls Inc. Long Island
Girls Inc. equips girls with the tools they need to be the new generation of leaders. We believe all girls are strong, smart and bold. In partnership with schools and community organizations, we provide research-based programming that allows girls to navigate gender, economic, and social barriers, so they can grow up healthy, educated, and independent. As a girl-led organization, we also advocate for legislation and policies to increase opportunities and rights for all girls. Through our holistic approach, we aim to create generational change and a more equitable Long Island.
